Ms. Colmenares penned a heartfelt tribute, stating, “There’s barely been even a day in my life when you were not with me by my side, always my wingman, always my best friend, ready to face anything and anyone w me.” She further added, “I will hold you so tight every day in my heart, you gorgeous, loving, amazing, fierce human being, missing you every second of every day forever there will never be another.”

Mr. Gail established himself as a prolific television actor in the mid- to late 1990s. Notably, his most significant role unfolded in the “General Hospital” spinoff series “Port Charles,” where he embodied Dr. Joe Scanlon across 216 episodes during the 1999-2000 season, entwined in a captivating storyline involving Dr. Karen Wexler, a pivotal character, as chronicled by a “General Hospital” fan site.

In the early stages of his career, Mr. Gail secured roles in eight episodes of “Beverly Hills, 90210” on Fox.

His initial appearance on the show transpired in 1991, during the inaugural season, in a one-off portrayal as a hotel bellhop named Tom. This occurred after missing out on a recurring character, a revelation Mr. Gail shared on the “Beverly Hills Show Podcast” in 2021.

While casting directors acknowledged his talent, they remarked on his being “green,” a term his agent relayed to him.

However, a seasoned Mr. Gail made a triumphant return to the show two years later, this time assuming the character of Stuart Carson, the scion of a wealthy businessman, engaged to Brenda Walsh, portrayed by Shannen Doherty, according to IMDb.

Regrettably, the anticipated wedding never materialized, culminating in a discord between the characters, as detailed by a “Beverly Hills, 90210” fan site.

Reflecting on his return, Mr. Gail shared on the podcast, alluding to the challenges of playing multiple characters on the same show, stating, “When I came back it was such a shock, I was asking, ‘How could I possibly come back?’” Despite initial reservations, the endeavor proved successful.
